Chef Anthony D’Antona
Classically trained in high end French and Italian restaurants in Southern California, Chef Anthony now creates food that is centered around health and well being. He has over 10 years professional chef experience, as well as a Ph.D. in integrative neuroscience from the University of Chicago.
He creates delicious food using organic, non GMO, unprocessed ingredients. His food nourishes your mind and body, using ingredients and cooking techniques to maximize health and longevity. He cooks food compatible with all dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc.
